Effective on hard-to-heal wounds and burns, and in helping to debride wounds as well as keep wound beds clean of necrotic tissue.

Derma Medihoney Hydrocolloid Dressing comes without an adhesive border.

Highly absorbent, for excellent exudate management.
Due to high percentage of leptospermum honey it is able to work in the presence of wound fluid, blood and tissue, thus promoting an optimal healing environment.
