Derma Sciences CompDress® Island Dressing can be used as either primary or secondary dressings. It is comprised of a non-adherent, absorptive central pad, with a soft conformable layer of gauze as a backing.

CompDress® Island Dressing is sterile.
Latex-free.
Considered a lower cost-per-unit alternative for when absorptive dressings are required.
Skin-friendly adhesive border around the perimeter.
