Spenco® 2nd Skin® Scar Gel is a silicone gel that helps fade and flatten hypertrophic and keloid scars. It is flexible, colorless, nonstick and will not leave residue on user's skin. Its thin, smooth coating can also be used anywhere on the body. Ideal for treating red and raised scars (old and new) that often occur following surgery, an accident or a burn.
