Attest Biological indicators are part of the Attest biological monitoring system. It is much like a vial or container used in containing the dry spore strip and the growth medium. The Biological indicator is disposable. The Biological indicators have a unique, self-contained design making it very easy to use as well as give reliable results to all users. Attest Biological Indicators is consisting of 3 parts. The Bacillus stearothermophilus spore strip, a sealed glass ampule for growth medium, the brown colored cap with holes for sterile penetration and a filter for bacterial barrier and lastly, the chemical indicator that changes its color when processed from rose to brown. It is then incubated in Attest biological monitoring Incubator for 3 hours for the final reading.
